Dr. Jody Eiser has spent her career walking alongside people through their darkest moments and brightest transformations. As a distinguished trauma specialist, she brings over two decades of expertise to human development and corporate transformation. With a Doctorate in Psychology and extensive experience spanning both Fortune 500 corporations and private practice, Dr. Eiser has dedicated her career to empowering individuals through their most challenging moments while driving meaningful organizational change.

Dr. Eiser's specialized practice encompasses trauma counseling, leadership coaching, performance enhancement, and neuro-linguistic programming (NLP). Her innovative therapeutic approach includes equine-assisted psychotherapy and Emotional Intelligence training, certified through Roche Martin (ECR), creating comprehensive pathways for both personal healing and professional development. As a certified play therapist and Mediation practitioner, she brings particular expertise to complex trauma presentations across all demographics.

Her professional impact extends beyond individual practice through strategic partnerships with anti-human trafficking organizations, including Hope to Heal, where she champions human rights initiatives and drives meaningful social change. Dr. Eiser's unique dual perspective-gained through senior HR leadership roles at Dell/EMC, Microsoft, and other multinational corporations alongside her private counseling practice-enables her to expertly evaluate organizational culture, analyze team dynamics, and enhance business performance through evidence-based psychological interventions.

Dr. Eiser's comprehensive approach to leadership development draws from her deep understanding of human psychology and organizational behavior, enhanced by her certification in Ken Blanchard's Situational Leadership methodology. Her corporate experience includes strategic HR planning, talent acquisition across EMEA regions, performance management, and implementing wellness programs that have transformed organizational cultures at scale.

Currently maintaining affiliations with international wellness platforms including Plumm (UK), JCMHI (US), and Shemesh (Israel), Dr. Eiser continues to expand her impact through both individual counseling and organizational consulting. As an accomplished author, she recently completed her first book, bringing decades of clinical experience and insights to a wider audience.
